Urban Farmer is partnering with Victory Brewing Company for a B-Side steak and beer dinner on Thursday, May 19 from 6:30–8:30 pm.
Celebrating the lesser-known and appreciated cuts of steak, such as bresaola, beef cheek, zabuton, and more, enjoy a 5-course menu from Executive Chef Sonny Ingui paired with sought after and unique beers curated by Bill Covaleski, Founder of Victory Brewing Co.
Attendees can expect surprises throughout the evening paired with unparalleled views of the Parkway.
