A seasoned culinary leader with a passion for excellence, Jessica has held prestigious roles in some of the country’s most renowned kitchens. As Executive Chef of both The Bristol Lounge, of Four Seasons Boston Hotel and Edge, of Four Seasons Denver Hotel, she brought refined technique, bold creativity, and a commitment to impeccable quality to every plate.
Earlier in her career, Jessica honed her craft as Sous Chef under industry legends Michael Mina and Eric Ripert, experiences that deeply shaped her approach to modern American cuisine. Most recently, Jessica led the successful opening of Water Grill, serving as the Executive Chef and delivering a dynamic, seafood-driven menu that celebrated sustainable sourcing and coastal flavors.
When not in the kitchen, Jess enjoys golfing, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her boxer pup, Campari, named after the signature ingredient in her favorite cocktail, the Negroni.
