Homemade by Bruno x Urban Farmer Chef Collaboration Dinner

Executive Chef & Butcher Sonny Ingui is teaming up with Pastaia Janine Bruno of Homemade by Bruno for an immersive seven course dining experience featuring demonstrations by Ingui and Bruno, and an intersectional menu merging elevated steakhouse and Sicilian cuisines. The dinner comes paired with Sicilian wines, curated by Urban Farmer’s Beverage Manager Abigail Remington and Lead Bartender Christopher Moran.

Sourcing inspiration from frequent trips to Sicily and recently returning from one, Bruno brings her wealth of knowledge and passion for traditional Italian pasta and sauce making techniques to the table. Guests will have the unique opportunity to learn from Bruno herself as she shares insights into the artistry behind each dish. Meanwhile, Ingui will take diners on a journey through the world of farm-to-table cooking, showcasing his expertise in all things meat and sustainable sourcing.

“Besides being a culinary force to be reckoned with, Janine and I go way back – we've been friends since high school,” said Ingui. “Collaborating with her on this dinner is not just about creating a memorable dining experience; it's about celebrating our shared passion for food and our journey from humble beginnings to where we are today. Together, we're bringing the flavors of Sicily and the essence of the steakhouse to life.”

Ingui and Bruno will be offering their expertise table-side and providing diners with history and background about each dish as it’s being served. Lead Bartender Christopher Moran will also offer insight on the wine pairings
