Join Urban Farmer Executive Chefs Ryan Rau (Denver), Sonny Ingui (Philadelphia) and Matt Christianson (Portland) for a bespoke 4-course mushroom-centric tasting experience. Inspired by our in-house mushroom terrariums, this special collaboration dinner series highlights our favorite superfood in creative applications, each course developed by one of our Executive Chefs.
