Celebrate Easter with us! 

The culinary team at each of the Urban Farmer locations is creating a special dish, featuring our favorite spring vegetable, asparagus, offered alongside their Easter fare. 

As spring approaches, we are excited to highlight these indulgent green spears as they are in their peak season of flavor and texture. See how your local Urban Farmer is adding their own twist to this mild, slightly bitter and sweet vegetable.


April 9 from 9 am - 3 pm

Along with our beloved Easter Brunch Buffet, indulge in Grilled Asparagus. Experience the rich, caramelized flavor of grilled asparagus, paired with smoky cowboy butter for a mouthwatering side dish that will leave you craving more.

April 8 from 4 - 10 pm and April 9 from 12  - 10 pm 

This year's specials include Asparagus Risotto with pickled asparagus, red watercress and cured egg yolk, Lamb Shank with carrot puree, mushroom and sweet pea risotto, rosemary-orange lamb jus and a White Asparagus and Blueberry Bavarois with yuzu gelee, candied purple asparagus and citrus confit.
