CORNUCOPIA Chef Dinner

Join us on Thursday, August 15th, 6 pm to 9 pm, for a seven course celebration of the golden grain! 

CORNUCOPIA, is the second in a series of three chef dinners from the culinary excellence behind Urban Farmer Steakhouse. This menu, crafted by Executive Chef Sonny Ingui, showcases the versatility of corn. From Baby Corn Elote, a popular Mexican style street corn with scallion espuma and cotija to Buttered Popcorn Ice Cream with corn sugar meringue and blackberries, diners will indulge in the lesser known renditions of the popular summertime vegetable. Guests will also have the option to sip on special maize-centric libations fashioned by Lead Bartender Christopher Moran.

Seating is communal style. Tickets ($120 ++) are limited and are available now for purchase.

Domaine de la Charbonniere Vacqueyras

a blend of grenache and syrah from the northern rhone yields a dark-fruited, textured red wine with background notes of dried herbs and licorice.
