Our Salmon Crudo highlights some of the best and most unique winter fruits now in season! Locally-sourced pomegranates, kiwi and red currants give the dish a bright finish while warm carrot broth adds an element of comfort.  

A fan-favorite update: Octopus and Pork Belly. This balanced dish features slow-cooked octopus and fork-tender pork belly paired with candlenut mojo sauce that captures bright winter citrus zest.
